What you'll do

• Provide administrative supervision and leadership to support coordination and support staff
• monitor records, person-centered planning practices, employee work, and service coordination
• participate in staff selection, orientation, and training
• oversee waiver compliance and home- and community-based services
• support residential placement and monitoring
• develop unit policies and practices
• facilitate monthly staff meetings and individual supervision
• provide clinical leadership for evidence-based practices.
