What you'll do

• Enter financial transactions
• analyze budgets
• reconcile bank statements and accounts
• prepare financial reports and statements
• process accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and weekly payroll
• complete certified payroll and AIA project billing
• maintain the general ledger
• prepare project forecasts, pre-billing reports, cost and tax reports
• support collections and month-end close.
