What you'll do

• Assist with bid solicitation, subcontractor prequalification, permits, and documentation
• coordinate pre-construction meetings and jobsite setup
• track subcontractor scopes, contracts, submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, procurement, materials, and deliveries
• document meetings and support closeout, warranty packages, pay applications, and change orders
• participate in site walks and safety awareness
• maintain project records and help identify risks.
