What you'll do

• Support curriculum development and accreditation
• monitor IEP processes and represent the administration at meetings when the principal is absent
• lead and develop teaching assistants and behavior specialists
• oversee staff performance and classroom coverage
• maintain school documentation and schedules
• coordinate with families, districts, and agencies
• support safety, de-escalation, confidentiality, and educational compliance.
