What you'll do

• Install commercial kitchen equipment, including hoods and walk-ins
• uncrate, move, and position equipment
• read technical drawings and plans
• identify missing materials and field issues
• take measurements and provide information to project management
• coordinate with the crew and project management
• provide daily progress updates
• oversee installation through completion.
