What you'll do

• Partner with subject-matter experts and leaders to identify learning needs and objectives
• design instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced programs
• create course materials, e-learning modules, guides, job aids, assessments, and videos
• apply adult-learning principles and ADDIE
• manage projects from needs analysis through evaluation
• develop onboarding and role-based training
• maintain materials and support the learning management system
• measure retention, engagement, and effectiveness
• facilitate sessions as needed
• collaborate with global teams.
