Grounds Technician and Maintenance Technician I

The Grounds Technician and Maintenance Technician I role is onsite in Clovis, CA, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Pay is $19–$20 per hour. The technician supports the appearance, cleanliness, safety, and functionality of GSF Properties’ apartment community. The role combines grounds upkeep with basic property maintenance and resident service requests, while developing maintenance skills alongside an experienced Maintenance Technician.

What you'll do

• Maintain community cleanliness, curb appeal, and appearance
• remove trash and debris from common areas
• assist with apartment turns and make-ready units
• complete basic repairs and resident service requests
• perform routine property inspections and report concerns
• support preventive maintenance and improvement projects
• help maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
