On-Site Field Technician

What you'll do

• Track inmate inquiries, complaints, and responses
• maintain PIN investigations
• assist facility investigators and personnel with reports
• coordinate site visits and materials through facility security
• provide weekly phone-system status updates
• repair or replace telephone sets
• assist with troubleshooting
• process and track tablet replacements
• create and monitor trouble tickets
• maintain equipment inventory
• work five days per week, eight hours per day inside a correctional facility.
