What you'll do

• Process vendor invoices
• enter, code, and reconcile invoices in QuickBooks
• prepare weekly or monthly payment runs by check, ACH, or wire
• reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• maintain AP files
• communicate with vendors about billing and payment status
• assist with month-end and year-end closing
• provide AP documentation for audits.
