Program Manager / Knowledge Manager

The Program Manager / Knowledge Manager role is onsite at Hanscom Air Force Base in Bedford, MA. Compensation is $150,000–$160,000 per year. The role supports the Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management Division (C3BM) and its Department of the Air Force Battle Network mission. The position leads enterprise knowledge management at the PAE level, improving how technical and programmatic information is organized, accessed, and reused. It enables C3BM teams to coordinate systems engineering, operational response, mission integration, and acquisition work through M365 solutions and automated tools.

What you'll do

• Develop, implement, and maintain enterprise knowledge management solutions using M365
• design and manage SharePoint sites, libraries, metadata, permissions, workflows, and architecture
• brief knowledge management best practices
• work with program managers, engineers, acquisition professionals, and subject matter experts to organize and disseminate information
• develop workflows, dashboards, trackers, and digital tools using PowerApps, Power BI, or other appropriate tools.
