What you'll do

• Greet residents and guests
• take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly
• serve meals according to dietary requirements, preferences, portion sizes, and special requests
• prepare the dining room with linens, utensils, and glassware
• clear and reset tables
• communicate resident feedback and requests to the Culinary Director or kitchen staff
• follow food safety, sanitation, health department, and Cogir standards.
