Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver role is in person in Bon Aqua, TN. Compensation is $16 per hour, with an additional $1 per hour for weekend shifts. Waves supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living meaningful lives with dignity and independence. The caregiver assists individuals with daily living, community engagement, and life-skill development while following individualized care plans. The role contributes to safe, respectful support and greater independence for the people served.
