What you'll do

• Lead and develop Process Engineers and Setup Technicians
• oversee design, implementation, and optimization of automated systems
• implement equipment designed by other ASB Group entities
• identify manual processes for automation and execute strategies
• provide hands-on PLC programming and robotics integration expertise
• collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and R&D
• manage engineering projects from concept through deployment
• lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• oversee custom tools, fixtures, jigs, and automated workstations
• ensure process compliance
• analyze operational metrics
• support technician training and documentation.
