Mobile Clinic Receptionist

Compensation is $0 per year. The Mobile Clinic Receptionist role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ, supporting a traveling clinic with a four-day workweek, variable days off, and some required weekends. Arizona Humane Society’s Healthy Tails Mobile Clinic reaches pets and owners who otherwise may not have access to care. The receptionist coordinates appointments and patient check-in, supports clinic records and reporting, and assists clients through clinic visits. The role helps the mobile clinic deliver wellness and vaccination services at community events and maintain accurate, courteous front-desk operations.

What you'll do

• Schedule wellness, vaccination, and surgery appointments
• check in patients at scheduled events
• respond to telephone inquiries
• collect fees and balance the cash drawer
• update medical records and clinic data
• provide home-care instructions and explain medication as needed
• assist technicians with appointments
• and drive the mobile clinic as needed.
