What you'll do

• Review child and youth assessment tools and update relevant information
• promote safe, least-restrictive, and shorter out-of-home placements
• participate in meetings with community partners and network providers
• process, assess, and assign incoming DFPS/Belong referrals
• enter data into IMPACT, CareMatch, and CLASS
• screen calls and emails and route messages
• maintain communication with providers and staff
• attend training
• may attend court hearings and provide testimony as needed.
