Fiber Optic Lead Technician

What you'll do

• Support planning and execution of fiber network projects
• lead installation, splicing, testing, and commissioning
• monitor progress and identify risks
• coordinate materials and inventory
• assign workloads and guide technicians
• support OTDR and other testing
• troubleshoot network faults
• conduct field quality checks
• ensure accurate documentation and safety compliance
• report progress and coordinate with project teams.
