What you'll do

• Maintain client relationships

• recruit, manage, and develop employees
• plan work assignments and schedules
• conduct quality inspections and time studies
• manage a planner/scheduler and a team of five technicians
• oversee facility infrastructure and physical assets
• maintain operating procedures and documentation
• supervise and escalate responses to after-hours emergencies
• manage contract budgets and expenditures
• audit CMMS records and produce reports
• ensure compliance with customer service-level requirements and change-control activities
• review and approve system changes
• manage employee schedules and time records
• oversee subcontractors, preventive maintenance, and contract scopes of work.
