Outpatient Neurologist

The Outpatient Neurologist role is onsite in Mattoon, IL. Compensation is $475,000 per year. The position is based in a regional healthcare facility’s outpatient clinic and works with an established team of two physicians and one Advanced Practice Provider. The neurologist evaluates, diagnoses, and treats a diverse outpatient population while maintaining accurate electronic medical records and collaborating with the clinic team. The practice is primarily outpatient with no mandatory hospital call; EEG reading and EMG reading are optional, and inpatient coverage is available as an option.

What you'll do

• Provide outpatient neurological evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans
• collaborate with the clinic team
• maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
• review critical patient lab values as needed. Reading EEGs, conducting EMG reads, and providing inpatient coverage are optional opportunities.
