What you'll do

• Respond to member credit union inquiries and support requests
• provide multifactor authentication and login assistance
• troubleshoot user issues and escalate priority concerns
• document interactions
• process authorized user-access changes in single sign-on portals and endpoint systems
• answer calls about usernames, passwords, and authentication
• coordinate with internal teams during outages and communicate updates.
