What you'll do

• Receive service calls and diagnose equipment/system malfunctions.
• Perform service and repairs on sprinkler systems (wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, fire pumps).
• Follow troubleshooting procedures and refer to technical manuals.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, etc.
• Demonstrate high level of customer service, strong organizational skills, positive attitude, and ability to learn quickly.
• Must be able to work alone.
• Must adhere to safety requirements.

What we're looking for

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

3-5 years of documented experience in Fire Sprinkler service industry performing service and repair to Sprinkler and Suppression systems. High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends. Overnight travel may be required. Must maintain truck inventory. Must adhere to safety guidelines. Follow verbal and written instructions. Capable of performing physical labor up to 70 lbs. Able to work in difficult positions. Must be able to follow all safety requirements.
