Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Sun City West, AZ, at Grandview Terrace. Compensation is $21–$24 per hour. The role supports a safe and attractive environment for residents, visitors, and employees across campus facilities. The technician completes work orders, troubleshoots and repairs common building systems and appliances, and performs preventive maintenance. The role also responds to emergency, security, fire, and disaster calls and may assist with landscaping.

What you'll do

• Complete assigned work orders
• report repair issues
• troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance, and lighting issues
• repair drywall and paint
• clear drains
• change air filters
• perform preventive maintenance
• respond to emergency, security, fire, and disaster calls
• assist with landscaping when assigned.
