• Conduct apartment tours
• convert inquiries into signed leases through sales and follow-up
• respond to leads by phone, email, online portals, and walk-ins
• maintain prospect and resident records
• assist with renewals and retention
• prepare lease documents in line with company policies and Fair Housing guidelines
• support marketing and outreach
• monitor market trends
• and coordinate with maintenance and property management teams.
