What you'll do

• Lead negotiation, interpretation, and management of government agreements
• advise on FAR, DFARS, agency supplements, and federal contracting requirements
• assess risks involving intellectual property, data rights, pricing, audit, cybersecurity, export control, sourcing, labor, payment, and flow-downs
• coordinate proposal strategy, approvals, contract interpretation, performance risks, and customer communications
• develop templates, playbooks, and training
• partner with cross-functional teams on bids, program execution, governance, and regulatory matters.
