What you'll do

• Prospect for tenants through listings, referrals, and networking
• respond to inquiries and schedule tours
• conduct property viewings
• assist with rental applications and documentation
• screen applicants through background, credit, and rental-history checks
• coordinate lease terms with owners and managers
• follow leasing policies, Fair Housing regulations, and local rental laws
• coordinate move-ins, inspections, and lease signings
• address tenant concerns
• maintain leasing records
• monitor market trends and competitor pricing
• collaborate on leasing campaigns.
