Delivery Support Representative — Administrative Operations

The Delivery Support Representative role is an in-office position in Sandston, VA, scheduled Tuesday through Saturday in eight-hour shifts between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM. What you'll do

• Provide administrative support for a five-day delivery and installation operation
• communicate operational challenges and resolve customer escalations
• answer and screen calls and schedule appointments
• monitor routes and communicate with delivery teams
• record daily activity, client billing, and contractor settlements
• assist with compliance and fleet tracking reports
• maintain historical records and prioritize tasks.
