What you'll do

• Support servers and front-of-house team members with guest needs
• clear, clean, and reset tables
• deliver food and beverages and refill drinks as needed
• polish and organize serviceware
• complete opening and closing side work
• maintain dining areas, workstations, and restrooms
• communicate with guests and staff
• explain menu items when delivering food
• assist with seating and waitlists as directed
• follow service and hospitality standards
• notify management of major guest or service issues.
