What you'll do

• Perform routine plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and carpentry repairs
• troubleshoot minor HVAC issues and household appliances
• coordinate with specialized technicians and vendors for major repairs or replacements
• paint and repair drywall
• repair or replace flooring
• prepare units for apartment turns
• maintain the maintenance shop and supply inventory
• conduct safety inspections
• respond to emergency maintenance requests outside regular hours
• comply with workplace safety and OSHA regulations.
