What you'll do

• Develop sales plans and strategies for service solutions
• build and maintain fleet customer relationships
• market dealership services and educate customers on digital tools
• coordinate incoming service work with the Service Manager and other departments
• communicate customer opportunities and updates
• liaise with manufacturers on service bulletins, recalls, and programs
• help customers coordinate repairs across the Freightliner network.
