• Maintain customer satisfaction and service metrics
• follow written service-drive processes for Quick Lane and Service Departments
• control expenses including rental vehicles and policy adjustments
• resolve customer concerns
• develop service-department accounting skills and use the dealership computer system
• understand the Ford warranty process
• manage daily work-in-process and special parts orders
• complete training and certification classes
• maintain relationships across departments.
