What you'll do

• Research tiered memory architectures for AI inference and large language model workloads. Develop methodologies, models, simulations, and prototypes to analyze memory performance and workload behavior. Investigate memory hierarchy, data placement, cache management, and migration
• evaluate trade-offs using hardware, simulation, and FPGA-based prototypes
• document findings and present results to architecture teams.
