What you'll do

• Lead architecture and implementation decisions across WordPress, Drupal, Salesforce, and API integrations
• guide platform modernization
• set coding standards and review architecture and code
• ensure accessibility standards including Section 508 and WCAG 2.1
• partner with DevSecOps and infrastructure teams
• support client communication and release planning
• mentor engineers and designers
• develop the technical roadmap
• drive quality through code reviews, automated testing, and secure development practices
• identify technical risks and debt.
