What you'll do

• Direct the nursing process and manage unit resources
• conduct and oversee comprehensive assessments
• develop and update individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team
• supervise nursing staff, delegate tasks, address performance concerns, and maintain staffing
• ensure accurate documentation, communication of orders and care updates, medication administration, and controlled-substance management
• support audits, QAPI initiatives, training, and regulatory compliance.
