What you'll do

• Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes and methods
• create standard work and lead Kaizen and problem-solving activities
• apply line balancing, Poka-Yoke, supplier development, variation and waste reduction, and visual management
• analyze workforce utilization, space, and workflow
• design material-flow and inventory pull systems
• collaborate with engineering, purchasing, suppliers, and production
• lead projects and use root-cause analysis to reduce process and product variation.
