The Personal Care Aide (PCA) – Part-Time role is onsite in Meadville, PA, with starting pay of $15.50 per hour and an increase to $16.50 per hour after 90 days. The role supports LIFE-NWPA and One Senior Care’s work to help seniors remain safe, healthy, connected, and at home. The aide provides hands-on personal care, companionship, and practical support in a center or participants’ homes. By adapting to changing care needs, documenting services, and communicating with the interdisciplinary team, the aide helps maintain safe and consistent participant care.

What you'll do

• Provide personal care, supervision, and companionship
• assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and transfers
• perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• travel to participant homes and appointments
• observe and report changes in condition
• document care in Alaya Care
• participate in team discussions and quality improvement
• coordinate schedule updates with staff and the interdisciplinary team.
