What you'll do

• Oversee operations across three Class B/C market-rate communities
• recruit, hire, and train on-site teams, including a Property Manager
• run day-to-day operations at sites as needed
• identify opportunities to improve performance, budgets, and team operations
• review financials, budgets, and variance reports
• provide rent growth and pricing strategy input
• handle resident escalations
• monitor turnover, leasing, and make-ready timelines
• travel regularly between the Triad and Charlotte markets
• take on additional properties as the portfolio grows.
