The Prep Cook role is onsite in Green Valley, AZ, with compensation of $16 per hour. The role prepares ingredients and workstations so recipes can be executed properly, while maintaining food quality, safe storage, and a clean kitchen in support of the kitchen team.

What you'll do

• Complete prep forms
• label and stock ingredients using FIFO procedures
• measure ingredients and seasonings
• wash and chop vegetables and cut meat
• perform basic cooking tasks
• wash dishes, sanitize surfaces, and remove trash
• store food properly
• follow nutrition and sanitation guidelines
• assist the kitchen
• complete thaw-pulls
• maintain walk-ins and freezers
• review bathroom cleanliness according to training.
