What you'll do

• Assist customers and contractors with project needs
• answer questions and resolve concerns
• advise on project solutions and appropriate add-on sales
• learn product lines and industry trends
• prepare take-offs, estimates, quotes, orders, purchase orders, and invoices
• respond to product, pricing, delivery, and installation inquiries
• explain orders and obtain customer sign-off
• order products and resolve vendor discrepancies
• process returns and follow up on credits
• follow up with customers through project completion
• support point-of-sale, inventory, store opening and closing, and safety procedures.
