What you'll do

• Lead scheduled onsite group fitness classes tailored to older adults, focusing on functional movement, balance, and strength
• provide one-on-one and small-group training based on participant goals and abilities
• monitor safety and modify activities as needed
• follow program protocols and curriculum
• report attendance, feedback, and client notes
• communicate concerns and scheduling issues.
