What you'll do

• Provide 24-hour accountability for a surgical unit with 10 main operating rooms and 2 cardiovascular operating rooms
• oversee approximately 62 full-time-equivalent staff and an average daily volume of 25 cases
• ensure nursing standards and procedures meet legal, accreditation, and regulatory requirements
• lead quality improvement tied to core measures and patient safety
• collaborate with physicians and care teams
• maintain equipment and supplies
• conduct proactive rounding.
