What you'll do

• Sort donated items by type, season, color, and quality
• hang, size, price, tag, and prepare merchandise for sale
• inspect and quick-test plug-in or battery-operated items as needed
• price items according to company standards, researching value when appropriate
• organize, stock, merchandise, and clean production and sales-floor areas
• answer customer product questions
• rotate or remove old or unsold products
• may process e-commerce items or work in donations
• cross-train and provide backup in other areas as required.
