The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – Overnight role is onsite in Pensacola, FL, with compensation of $38–$42 per hour. The position supports nursing care at Pensacola Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. Under the Director of Nursing, the supervisor oversees nursing personnel and shift activities to support coordinated, quality resident care. The role also provides or assists with direct care when needed.

What you'll do

• Supervise nursing personnel and day-to-day nursing activities during assigned shifts
• oversee care planning and delivery
• review and update care plans
• assess residents on admission and as conditions change
• conduct rounds
• provide or assist with activities of daily living, meal support, medication and treatment administration, and leisure activities as appropriate.
