What you'll do

• Respond to prospective resident inquiries by phone, email, walk-in, and appointment
• collect and update prospect information
• conduct individualized tours and follow up with prospects and depositors
• support resident and prospect events, local partnerships, and sales and marketing activities
• maintain accurate advertisements and records
• monitor property conditions and report maintenance needs
• comply with company procedures and Fair Housing Laws.
