Carpenter – Residential Remodeling

Compensation is $24–$30 per hour. The Carpenter – Residential Remodeling role is onsite in Lake Mills, WI, with pay based on experience; numeric Howell Building Care LLC is a residential remodeling contractor serving the Lake Mills and Jefferson County area. The carpenter performs rough and finish work across home remodeling projects, using plans and specifications to install and repair materials accurately. The role supports project quality and schedules through coordination with the project coordinator and field team, while maintaining safe, organized sites and communicating with homeowners.

What you'll do

• Perform rough carpentry including framing, subfloor, structural repairs, and deck construction
• perform finish carpentry including trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, and custom millwork
• read plans and specifications
• measure, cut, and install materials
• coordinate with the project coordinator and field team
• maintain clean, safe, organized job sites
• communicate professionally with homeowners.
