What you'll do

• Lead and coach 8–10 residential electrical service technicians
• hold weekly one-on-ones and ride along across the service area
• manage close rate, average sale, revenue, callback rate, and membership conversion
• coach use of the company sales system, ServiceTitan, and Rilla
• handle customer escalations
• review the department P&L weekly with the operations manager.
