The biller supports accurate, timely patient account processing by responding to billing concerns, submitting claims, maintaining knowledge of billing rules and denials, and assisting with receipts and financial counseling.

What you'll do

• Assist patients with billing inquiries and concerns
• ensure accurate and timely claim submissions
• maintain knowledge of billing regulations, HIPAA compliance, and claim denial reasons
• collaborate with self-pay vendors
• support the Financial Counselor as needed
• handle clinic receipts, bank deposits, and data entry.
