What you'll do

• Fabricate and assemble architectural millwork, casework, and custom components
• work with veneer, plastic laminate, and solid wood
• interpret shop drawings
• maintain tight tolerances, clean joinery, and consistent finishes
• operate shop equipment including table saws, edgebanders, CNC machines, and routers
• identify issues and take ownership of solutions
• collaborate while remaining accountable for quality and output.
