Operations Supervisor

What you'll do

• Coordinate with front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, and food and beverage teams
• oversee Camp Concierge, Guest Experience Coordinator, and Housekeeping teams
• delegate tasks
• assist with interviews and hiring
• monitor financial performance
• oversee Rooms department time, attendance, and payroll approvals
• maintain camp-level SOPs.
