Chief Retail Officer (CRO)

The Chief Retail Officer (CRO) role is onsite in San Jose, CA. Compensation is $240,000–$260,000 per year. The CRO is an executive leader at KeyPoint Credit Union, overseeing the Branch Network, Business Banking, and Wealth Management functions. The CRO develops and executes growth strategies for membership, deposits, loans, business banking, and wealth relationships. By setting performance goals, strengthening market presence, and leading teams and business lines, the role advances KeyPoint’s growth objectives while balancing member value, financial performance, compliance, and risk.

What you'll do

• Serve on the Executive Leadership Team and participate in strategic planning
• develop and execute retail growth strategy
• set measurable goals for membership, deposits, loans, business banking, wealth management, and relationship growth
• lead branch network, Business Banking, and Wealth Management
• develop small business banking strategy
• establish sales and relationship-management practices
• monitor performance dashboards and business-line results
• partner with Marketing, Lending, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Information Security, and Internal Audit
• recruit, develop, coach, and retain leaders and teams.
