What you'll do

• Own flooring execution on restoration rebuild projects
• lead and perform flooring installation, including preparation, layout, transitions, and finishes
• coordinate flooring work with restoration sequencing and other trades
• enforce craftsmanship standards and resolve issues
• maintain clean, safe jobsites and protect client property
• develop technicians and helpers through hands-on leadership.
