The Clinical Registered Nurse role is onsite in Boca Raton, FL, at a Lifeforce Ultimate Longevity Center. Pay is $35–$50 per hour. Lifeforce is expanding in-person proactive care through a network of centers. The nurse delivers clinical assessments, treatments, medication education, and triage support alongside physicians and health coaches. The role helps bring Lifeforce’s clinical model into a physical care setting and supports a high-quality member experience.

What you'll do

• Perform on-site clinical assessments and take vital signs
• instruct members on subcutaneous and intramuscular injections
• administer provider-ordered medications, IVs, and treatments
• educate members about prescribed medications and side effects
• document prescription updates
• manage clinical triage questions and escalate concerns
• maintain regulated medical waste records and follow safety protocols.
